Your team
You’ll be working in the Banker Portal Mobile team in Wroclaw. Our role is to build the next-generation web application for UBS's Investment Banking business, accessible through both mobile and desktop platforms. We help by presenting mission-critical franchise data rapidly and intuitively to bankers, allowing them to build client relationships, identify business opportunities, manage deals and track financial performance.

Your experience and skills

You have:
– the enthusiasm & motivation to build and lead a new IT team in Wroclaw
– experience collaborating with business and IT colleagues distributed globally
– a strong background in technical project management (financial services knowledge a bonus)
– expertise in tracking and controlling projects and risks through project artefacts
– knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle including change management and agile delivery
– experience with a changing environment where no two days are the same

You are:
– comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
– expert at building networks and connections
– known for hitting deadlines and staying within budget
– adaptable, able to work across teams, functions and projects
– a strong communicator, fluent in English
