Your role
Are you digital-oriented? Would you be interested in web analytics and analysis of improvement potential of our Websites? We are looking for a Web Analytics Expert for the following tasks:

• concept design and creation of performance-oriented KPI's analysis of our Websites (e.g. ubs.com), microsites and online campaigns
• ongoing online market and competitor supervision, customer structure analysis and creation of business cases with top management attention
• conduct customer journey analysis and testing (A / B and multivariate) in order to optimize our Websites
• innovative development of our web analytics systems, reports and databases in partnership with our system providers and marketers
• close collaboration with our online marketing, inventory, development and conversion optimization teams as well as with external agencies and partners

Your team
You work in the Online Marketing team for UBS Switzerland in Wroclaw. The team has been awarded with the "Digital Marketer of the Year" award in 2015.
We are responsible for all online marketing activities from the Website through award winning campaigns, search, e-mails and social media. Our goal is to strengthen and expand the role of UBS as the leading multicultural bank in Switzerland

Your experience and skills

You have:
• successfully completed university studies (economics, computer science, business informatics, mathematics with a focus on statistics and/ or similar studies related to e-Commerce
• 3+ years of professional experience in web analytics, typically in e-Commerce company or a financial services provider
• excellent analytical, conceptual and creative skills
• very good knowledge of Adobe Analytics, knowledge of SAS Sitetracking as additional asset
• basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
• very good knowledge of English (written and oral), German as additional asset
