Your role
Are you a thrill seeker? Are you prepared to take on a highly visible position within a successful data team? Is data and the processing of data interesting to you? If so we are looking for an energetic individual with lots of perseverance and ideas to:

- manage our Data Ops team to ensure our data is great, on-schedule and ready for analytical use
- participate and ensure RCA (root cause analysis) activities on client impacting incidents are executed and action items are assigned / completed
- provide expertise and support during critical incidents, interfacing with all impacted groups to better manage the message
- guide teams and vendors in driving a coordinated approach for results

The Data Ops team plays a critical role in this by ensuring our data is available to our research team every day. It’s a highly visible team with a very important mission.

Your experience and skills
You have:

- bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent
- strong critical thinker with the vision to work both tactically and strategically
- 3+ years working experience in IT operations
- minimum 1 year managing staff
- knowledge of ITIL service management frame work is a plus
- excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills to interact with individuals from various levels and departments, locally and abroad
- experience with IT incident and Problem solving
- experience with database centric applications and systems
- experience supporting custom applications
- strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and relevant analysis tools
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- IT support experience

You are:
- fluent in English

- able to manage multiple, concurrent tasks (juggling comes naturally to you)
- a team player willing to learn / share solutions and best practices from your colleagues
